Tamatar Pyaaz Wali Maggi
Ingredients
- 1 Brick Maggi
- 1 Onion big thinly slices
- 1 Tomato Big
- 1-2 Green Chilli
- 1-2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1 pouch Maggie Masala
- 1-2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a vessel add water bring it to boil.
- Once the water is boiling add the maggi noodles and cook until done. Be careful do not overcook 80-90% will work.
- Once the maggi is cooked drain the water. Set aside.
- Now heat oil in a kadai.
- Add Onion and green chilli, saute for a minute.
- Then add sliced tomato and little salt. Cover and cook until slightly mushy.
- Now add cooked Maggi noodles and chopped coriander leaves .
- Mix everything well.
- So, the tamatar pyaz wali maggi is ready to serve.
