Basic Ingredients Used to Make Mango Mastani Recipe:
Mango: I used Alphonso and Mallika, a mix of both. That was my choice. You can choose any one of them or the mango of your choice. It’s just that you have to make sure that you pick the mango which has pulp, rather than the fibrous one.
Milk: I am using full cream milk here. You can use toned milk if you want to.
Ice cream: I am using Vanilla Ice cream, actually that is what this recipe actually calls for. You can go for mango ice cream too. To get the pure mango flavor.
Nuts: Choose nuts of your choice. I am using almond and pista here.
Others: Apart from the above ingredients I have also added some tutti fruit and cherry. These are optional. But if you have it, prefer adding them as it feels really good to get a small bite in between.
Mango Mastani Recipe
- 2 cups Ripe Mango Peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Full Fat Milk
- 4 scoop Vanilla
- 2 tsp Almonds Chopped
- 2 tsp Pistachio Chopped
- 2 tsp Tutti Frutti Optional
- 2 Glazed Cherries Optional
- 8 tbsp Mango Chopped, or as needed
- Add mango cubes, milk in a blender and blend well.Set aside.
- Now take a tall glass or pitcher.
- Put 2 tbsp chopped mango, 1/4 cup mango shake, 1 scoop vanilla icecream.
- Again put 2 tbsp of chopped mangoes.
- Then pour 1/4th cup of more mango shake. Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream over it.
- Finally, sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds.
- Garnish with tutti frutti, mango cubes and glazed cherries.
- Serve immediately.
